San Tan Valley Bathroom Remodel After Water Damage

This San Tan Valley home had a builder-grade master bathroom when a water damage loss hit. Instead of putting the room back exactly the way it was, the homeowners used the repair as the starting point for an upgrade. Our team handled the restoration and the rebuild under one roof, then transformed the space into a modern retreat with a freestanding soaking tub, a spacious walk-in shower, floor-to-ceiling marble-look porcelain tile, custom cabinetry, LED lit mirrors, sleek black fixtures and an electric bidet.

When water damages a bathroom, the walls, flooring and cabinets often have to come out anyway. That makes it the right moment to decide whether you want the room put back to its pre-loss condition or upgraded into something better. Because 3S Restoration does both the water damage restoration and the remodel, you work with one team from dry-out to the finished room. We can work alongside your insurance claim for the covered repairs and help you plan any upgrades you want to add on top.
