How 3S Restoration Got Started
3S Restoration was founded in Mesa, AZ in 2024 by Neal Vanderbeck — and the name means something. The 3S stands for his three sons. Everything this company does is built around the idea that the people walking through your door after a disaster should treat your home the way they'd want someone treating their own family's home.
Neal spent years in large-scale restoration operations before going out on his own. He saw the same problems repeat — homeowners handed off to crews who didn't communicate, contractors who vanished mid-job, insurance claims that dragged because nobody was in the homeowner's corner. He started 3S to do it differently: one owner involved in every job, honest pricing from the start, and work that doesn't stop until the home is right.
