Mesa Master Bathroom Rebuild: From Attic Supply Line Rupture to Boutique Luxury

A supply line ruptured in the attic above the master bathroom, sending water down through the ceiling, walls and cabinetry. Once the space was dried and cleared, the homeowner chose to rebuild it as a full remodel rather than a like-for-like repair.

From builder-grade to boutique — completed on time, on budget and to the customer's full satisfaction. Because 3S Restoration handles both the insurance reconstruction and the upgrade work, the homeowner dealt with one contractor and one schedule from demo to final walkthrough.

Attic supply lines and water-heater lines are a common source of sudden water damage in the East Valley. If you find a ceiling stain or hear running water with everything off, shut off the main and call. Fast drying limits the damage; good reconstruction turns the loss into an upgrade.
